Meet Ryan

I’m Ryan, the founder of Prepared Training Solutions, a dedicated trainer with over 15 years of experience at the Ministry of Justice, including the last decade spent as a staff trainer and manager. My passion lies in empowering people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to handle difficult situations - whether in the workplace, at home, or out in the community.

Outside of training, I’m a devoted husband, a proud dad to three incredible children, and to Monty, our energetic and much-loved Cocker Spaniel. I am also a huge nature and outdoors enthusiast - this and my family is at the heart of everything I do, and that sense of care and responsibility drives my commitment to providing high-quality first aid and personal safety training that is practical, engaging, and will leave you prepared to face first aid or personal safety with competence and confidence.
